Driving end-to-end supply chain, logistics, operations, and People & Organization (HR) excellence by leveraging over 20 years of military and academic leadership — including command of large, complex logistics units, strategic workforce planning, AI-enabled HR and operating-model transformation, and operational-research-level expertise in defence supply chains.

Recognized for exceptional leadership during the national-level Sikkim flood, which resulted in over 100 casualties, successfully managing the complete supply chain under extreme conditions. Conferred the Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) by the President of India for distinguished command of a Regional Ordnance Depot.

Currently serving as Colonel and Head of Faculty at the Military College of Materials Management (MCMM) — designing curricula, capability frameworks and structured programs to build AI, logistics and operational competencies across diverse cohorts.
